En este programa de la Fundación, tenemos como objetivos principales difundir los valores de FLSC en diferentes regiones del mundo, y conectar los puntos de liderazgo claves para establecer alianzas y colaboraciones, en concordancia con nuestra visión y objetivos.
Para lograrlo, se propone ubicar y contactar a líderes y organizaciones alrededor del mundo que ya están implementando nuevas prácticas cívico-políticas para reinventar la política democrática y transformarla en un modelo integral colaborativo
Nuestros voluntarios trabajan desde… el SENTIR compartido; … el PENSAR, donde reflexionan sobre los temas que hoy aquejan a las personas, especialmente en su metro cuadrado, y que permitirán hallar caminos para encontrar / co-crear posibles soluciones; … y desde el HACER, para llevar a cabo en cada comunidad donde se encuentren esas soluciones, compartiendo prácticas, construyendo puentes, etc.

In Spain, the Foundation’s central objective is to find, shape, and guide new leaders in their personal and professional lives. Our program seeks to provide future generations of leaders with the tools necessary to face the challenges that will confront society in the twenty-first century.
The principal objective of this program is to spread the values of FLSC across different regions of the world and connect with key leadership hubs in order to establish alliances and promote collaboration in accordance with our vision and goals.
The observatory’s departure point is the need to develop a deep awareness of our society, which is experiencing a profound change at the institutional and socio-political levels as it transitions to an advanced digital world, so that ill-prepared leaders are not overwhelmed by the convulsive nature of the changes to come. Thus, it is of the essence to offer them the tools necessary to understand these changes and govern successfully while remaining constantly aware of the central role of people.
Among the foundation’s chief concerns is the use of digital tools to advance and augment democracy.
